How to Vote

The approved method of voting

A written ballot will be given to approved members on Sunday, 28th June 2026 between the hours of 08:30am and 10:15am. All ballots must be returned to the ballot box before 10:15am.

The procedures to be followed for voting

Place a cross or tick against the name of the candidate for whom you wish to vote.

The date and time when members can vote

Sunday, 28th June 2026

Between the hours of 08:30am to 10:15am

Any other details that may be required for voting

28.1(n) of the Constitution: If there be more than the required number of candidates nominated for any position on the Board, an election by secret ballot shall take place which shall be determined on a “first past the post” basis and conducted in accordance with Rule 28.1 of the Constitution

28.1(p) of the Constitution: If a member who has been nominated for more than one office is elected to a senior office, the member shall be eliminated from the election for the junior office. For the purposes of this Rule 28.1 the order of seniority shall be: (i) President (ii) Vice President (iii) Ordinary Director.

Note: Members are not required to attend the AGM to cast a vote.
